In general, you have the following options:
● Manual ordering via our online shops
● CSV upload in the Quick Order section of the online shops
● Ordering via direct Email
There is no minimum order quantity.

The quantities per package are displayed in the online shop under the color and size selection once you are logged in and viewing a product detail page.

We kindly ask for your understanding that collection is not possible due to our logistics setup.
No destination is too far for us, we deliver to every country worldwide.
Shipping costs are individually calculated per package, taking into account the preferred shipping option and the destination. You are welcome to send us an inquiry and we will provide you with the current rates.
● Domestic (Germany): usually 1-2 business days
● EU: usually 1-3 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation including the tracking number. Please note that it may take some time until the tracking information shows the current status.
Each account is initially set up with “Prepayment” as the viable payment method. For prepayment orders, you will receive a proforma invoice, which you can settle via bank transfer or payment to our PayPal account.
After three paid prepayment invoices, you may request a switch to payment on invoice via email. (-> info@tbint.de)

Once you have selected an item in the webshop, you can identify availability based on the color indicators (red = not available in the foreseeable future, yellow = available at the displayed time, green = directly available).
General product information can be found on the relevant product pages in the webshop or on our FTP server. If you need access details for the server, you can find them on the new customer information sheet, or you can request them directly from us via email. (-> info@tbint.de)
Registered and logged-in customers can view prices in the shop.
We provide our size charts via the online shop or the media portal. Images may be used unchanged.
